NOTE: There is a convenience fee to use the Touchpay system. There is a $5 fee if the person is depositing cash. A fee of $5 + 3.5% of the amount deposited is charged if the person is depositing via any other method (check, check card or credit card)

You can also fund accounts by money order. All money orders should be mailed to:

NOTE: Only U.S. Postal money orders are accepted.

There is also a drop-box in the lobby of the Correctional Development Center-Male facility for the CDM, CDF and ORC facilities, as well as a drop box in the Criminal Justice Center lobby.

You must have the following information to fund an account:

• The facility locator number:  237201
• The inmate’s OCA number: (Which can be found using the DCSO Inmate Search tool)
• The inmate’s first and last name
