Norfolk County Tours DCSO Facilities

This week the DCSO sponsored a tour from Norfolk County, MA as part of the Transition from Jail to Community (TJC) site project. As part of this project, we provide avenues for other jurisdictions to observe, review, and assist with developing this model of reentry nationally. The tour reviewed all programming around the TJC project including the collaborations between the DCSO and community. The officials had very positive comments regarding the collaborations between security and program staff as “one of the best they have seen.”
