Sheriff Daron Hall and DCSO Chief of Corrections Tony Wilkes accepts ACA’s “Crystal Eagle Award” from ER Cass awardees Dr. Lanette Lithicum. The highest honor for commitment to excellence in recogniton of an outstanding contribution to corrections by accrediting all programs within its jurisdiction. It was presented at the opening session of the 141st Congress of Correction in Orlando, Florida.
