Sheriff Hall Swears In Successor at ACA Winter Conference
Sheriff Daron Hall has spent the past two and a half years as president of the American Correctional Association. He was the first sheriff to be elected to that position in the more than 100-year history of ACA. On Monday morning in Houston, TX, he swore-in his successor, Chris Epps, Commissioner for the Mississippi Department of Correction.
Also in Houston during the opening session if the ACA conference, Sheriff Hall was recognized for his international accreditation and training initiative as ACA president by a delegation from the United Arab Emirates.
