  • Persons who are under the influence of alcohol, drug(s), controlled substance(s), or who are unruly in any manner for any reason, will not be allowed to visit and be required to leave the premises. Abuse will result in that person's permanent removal from the visiting list and may result in criminal prosecution.

The visitor's visitation privileges may be suspended up to six (6) weeks and a determination will be made concerning whether or not to file criminal charges against him/her. Once such a six-week suspension has been completed, the inmate and visitor will be allowed non-contact visitation for a period of another six (6) weeks. At the completion of that six-week period, regular contact visitation will be granted. If the visitor and/or inmate again violate the visitation rules, their visitation will be permanently revoked.

  • All inmates and visitors are expected to treat other inmates, visitors, and staff in a respectable manner.

  • Visitors may have in their possession a small amount of bills/coins to purchase items from vending machines on the premises. All food and beverages purchased in the visiting room must be consumed inside the visiting area.

  • Any inmate found with contraband from visitation, or if it is found that contraband was brought in to them through visitation, will have all his/her visitation privileges suspended for a period of six (6) weeks, and will lose for an indefinite period of time visitation privileges with the visitor(s) at the time of that particular visit.
