DCSO is very proud of this, our ACA
Accreditation for 2005-2008. It is also
on display in the public area. The staff works hard to ensure we pass
the next re-accreditation audit. |

Inmates at CDC-M are housed in pods, which are
connected by secured corridors. Each occupied pod has a security control mini-tower manned
by at least one officer. |

Everything from all articles of inmate
clothing to their linens and towels comes through this laundry facility. |

taken) houses a maximum of 38 inmates in a barracks-style sleeping arrangement. |

The S.A.V.E. (Sheriff's Anti-Violence
Effort) program offers classes to inmates with histories of violence, to teach them
to accept responsibility for their actions and the consequences, and how to deal with
conflict and anger more appropriately. |
