SGT. CHESNUT NOMINATED

chesnutSergeant Mark Chesnut of the Metro Police Department, who was critically wounded last June during a traffic stop on I-40 near Bellevue, has been nominated by a citizen to America’s Most Wanted All Star Program.  Sergeant Chesnut’s photograph and biography now appear on the AMW website, along with those of 63 other police officers and first responders from across the country.

Citizens are encouraged to vote for Sergeant Chesnut as their “favorite All Star” by logging onto the AMW website at http://www.amw.com/allstar/2010/nominee-detail.cfm?id=7757.  The All Star receiving the most votes will receive a $10,000 cash award.
